In a bowl ,add the inner part both white & yellow of the egg..Stir constantly.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan & add chopped onions ,cook on low flame till it becomes pink in colour .Now add chopped green chillies & all the ingredients. Mix well for a second.
Now add grated tomatoes & stir constantly .Cook till oil spreads from corners.
Add the eggs mixture & cook on low flame till it becomes juicy .
Switch off the flame ..Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with parantha or bread
